Follow Step-by-Step Guide
1. Logging In and Initial Setup
- Login to CallFluentAI Dashboard: Access the CallFluentAI app and log in with your credentials.
- Create Your First Workspace:
- Upon logging in, you'll see a prompt indicating that you have no workspaces. Click on the "+" icon or the button provided to create a new workspace.
- Name your workspace (e.g., "Onboarding") and click on "Create"
2. Understanding Account Limitations and Adding Minutes
- Account Limitations:
- Navigate to your profile and go to the billing page to check your account details and limitations.
- Here, you can see how many workspaces you can create and the number of agents allowed.

- To add more minutes to your account, use the recharge option on the billing page. You can add 100 one-time extra minutes if needed.

3. Integrating Twilio
- Setting Up Twilio:
- CallFluentAI requires a Twilio account to make phone calls. If you don't have a Twilio account, sign up for a free trial at twilio.com.
- Verify Caller IDs:
- For Twilio trial accounts, go to Phone Numbers > Manage > Verify Caller IDs. Add and verify your phone number to test calls.
- Integrate Twilio with CallFluentAI:
- Copy your Twilio Account SID and Authentication Token.
- Paste them into the respective fields in the CallFluentAI integration settings and click "Save".

4. Integrating Eleven Labs (Optional)
- Setting Up Eleven Labs:
- If you want to use Eleven Labs voices with CallFluentAI, sign up for an Eleven Labs account.
- Copy your Eleven Labs API key from your Eleven Labs account.
- Paste the API key into the Eleven Labs integration field in CallFluentAI and click "Save".
- Ensure you have remaining tokens in Eleven Labs to avoid errors.
5. Integrating OpenAI (Optional)
- Setting Up OpenAI:
- CallFluentAI supports different OpenAI models. By default, it uses 3.5 Turbo.
- If you want to use another model, obtain your OpenAI API key.
- Paste the API key into the OpenAI integration field in CallFluentAI and select your preferred model.
6. Managing Team Members
- Inviting Team Members:
- In the workspace settings, navigate to the team members section.
- Click on the invite button to add team members as guests.
