OpenAI GPT-4o (Omni) integration and setup

In this guide, you will learn how to change the default OpenAI 3.5-turbo model to OpenAI GPT-4o (Omni) model. 

CallFluent AI Agents are powered by default by OpenAI 3.5-turbo model.

If you optionally want to use GPT-4o (Omni) model you can do this by adding your OpenAI API key.

Good to Know: All our plans come with unlimited OpenAI 3.5-turbo model usage and there is no extra cost for this

Steps to Integrate OpenAI GPT-4o (Omni) with CallFluent AI

1. Create or Access Your OpenAI Account

   • If you don't have an OpenAI account, sign up for a new one. Otherwise, log in to your existing OpenAI account.

2. Generate Your API Key

   • After logging in, generate a new API Key to use with CallFluent.
     
     

3. Access CallFluent Workspace

   • Go to your CallFluent Workspace by selecting the appropriate Workspace.

4. Navigate to OpenAI Integration Settings

   • Click on the Settings tab located on the left side of the page.
   • Find the section for OpenAI integration - Optional.

5. Enter Your OpenAI API Key

   • Copy the API Key from OpenAI.
   • Paste it into the corresponding field in CallFluent.
     
     

6. Save Your Changes

   • Click on Save Changes.

That's it! You have successfully integrated the OpenAI GPT-4o (Omni) model into your CallFluent account. Your AI Agents will now use the GPT-4o (Omni) model.
