Step-by-Step Instructions

Activate the Script Button:

Locate the "Script" button within the agent configuration settings. It should be in the agent behavior customization section.

Toggle the "Script" button to the ON position. This will enable the script field where you can enter and configure the script for your agent.

Switch Agent Type:

If the "Script" button is not visible, you may need to switch the agent type.

Change the Agent Type from Lead Engagement to Sales Representative. This change is necessary for the script toggle to appear.

Enter and Configure the Script:

Once the script toggle is enabled, enter your desired script into the provided field.
