Step 1: Enable SMTP Relay Service in Google Workspace

Log in to your Google Admin Console:
- Go to admin.google.com and sign in using your Google Workspace admin credentials.

Access the “Apps” Section:
- In the Admin Console, click on Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail.

Go to “SMTP Relay Service”:
- Under Gmail settings, click Routing > SMTP relay service.

Create or Edit SMTP Relay Settings:
- Add an SMTP relay configuration.
- Ensure you allow trusted devices or IPs to use this service. If your device or IP isn’t listed, you might need to whitelist it.
Step 2: Set Up App Password (if needed)
If you're not using the relay service and instead directly connecting via smtp.gmail.com
, you'll need an app password:
