If you're unable to check recordings in CallFluent, you may need to disable HTTP Basic Authentication to access media in Twilio. Follow these steps:

Access General Voice Settings: Go to the Twilio Console.

Scroll to "Enforce HTTP Auth on Media URLs": Locate the section.

Disable HTTP Authentication: Select Disabled.

Save Changes: Confirm and save your changes.
Note: Accessing this setting may require your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token or API Key.
